I came to Empower Gaming Computers because of a hardware issue i was having with my PC. Ben was extremely welcoming and helpful with every issue i had. He was very quick to get to work not only fixing the issue but responding via text. I would recommend Empower Gaming Computers to anyone as he truly embodies the values of a small business. Dealing with large companies to build and diagnose computers is not only costly but very time consuming. Not only will Ben build a reliable computer but he wont charge a arm and a leg for it. 6/5 Stars!!!!!

I'm giving my old gaming pc to my brother and sent it to Ben to make sure everything was good. He fixed some small issues and even dusted it for me free of charge.

Ben is a great guy I was supposed to buy a PC from him and paid in full but something came up and he fully refunded the payment If you need a PC ensure you get it from him no questions asked.

We have worked with Ben a couple of times. The first time was to build my son a gaming computer, and the second time was several years later to upgrade the same computer. Ben has always made himself available via text and phone and is always upfront and honest about what might be needed. Ben also went above and beyond this last time, as he even met my wife down the road from his home to get our computer because the roads were so bad. I appreciate Ben for his honesty and willingness to work hard to provide a quality product.

Ben really knows his SH**! He finished a build I was having issues with. Turned out to be a DOA CPU. Ben runs his business out of his basement, but I can assure you of his professionalism, dedication, knowledge, and price point! I recommend him over any PC repair shop, including the big name stores.

He does an amazing job at diagnosing and installing.

Came across Empower while looking for a missing part for my build. When I called and explained my issue, he immediately understood what I was talking about and offered me solutions.

I showed up to get the missing part (just a cable) and said that it was an extra one he had and gave it to me no charge.

While other companies would have charged me $50+ to take advantage of the situation I was in, he gave it to me no charge just to help out.

Loved the honesty, will come back for any future projects and will recommend him everywhere I go.

I think the most important reviews are long term ones. My girlfriend and I purchased a built full tower computer from Ben about two years ago. Ben is the real deal in gaming computers! I entered the market for my first system and found him online. I spent plenty of time contemplating systems over multiple stores yet always came back to his website. In the end it was the best decision I ever made going with him. Not only was he very professional but also kind. He took the time and patience to walk me through the differences is each component to achieve the best bang for my buck and never once pressured me to go bigger or upsell me at all. He showed me photo of some of his largest builds and we chat about all types of things while selecting my product. When I reached out for updates he was always prompt to respond same day as well. In the end I can't say there was anything problematic whatsoever. I hooked my PC up last night and it has worked absolutely flawlessly and better than I ever could've dreamed. Quiet as a mouse but powerful as can be. If you are looking to spend any amount on a PC I recommend no other place. The warranty and life time service support he offers beats any big corporate store and the price for product received is incomparably in his favor. Ben took time out of his day to fix our family computer the moment I walked into his business. He didn't have to do it, but he said "I don't want you to make another trip." We will never take our computer business elsewhere. If you are taking your computer needs elsewhere, you are making a mistake.
