We have worked with Ben a couple of times. The first time was to build my son a gaming computer, and the second time was several years later to upgrade the same computer. Ben has always made himself available via text and phone and is always upfront and honest about what might be needed. Ben also went above and beyond this last time, as he even met my wife down the road from his home to get our computer because the roads were so bad. I appreciate Ben for his honesty and willingness to work hard to provide a quality product.

Ben really knows his SH**! He finished a build I was having issues with. Turned out to be a DOA CPU. Ben runs his business out of his basement, but I can assure you of his professionalism, dedication, knowledge, and price point! I recommend him over any PC repair shop, including the big name stores.

Came across Empower while looking for a missing part for my build. When I called and explained my issue, he immediately understood what I was talking about and offered me solutions.
I showed up to get the missing part (just a cable) and said that it was an extra one he had and gave it to me no charge.
While other companies would have charged me $50+ to take advantage of the situation I was in, he gave it to me no charge just to help out.
Loved the honesty, will come back for any future projects and will recommend him everywhere I go.

I think the most important reviews are long term ones. My girlfriend and I purchased a built full tower computer from Ben about two years ago.
